• What is Oracle Hospitality Summit?

  This immersive event offers you the opportunity to learn about Oracle’s latest product, technology, and strategy advancements, as well as attend partner demonstrations, hear how leading hoteliers are overcoming their biggest challenges, and network with your industry peers.

• When and where is the event?

  Oracle Hospitality Summit will take place at the Park Plaza London Riverbank, from Monday, 19 January, through Wednesday, 21 January 2026.

• Who will attend Oracle Hospitality Summit?

  This event is for Oracle customers, prospects, and other key decision-makers. We encourage hoteliers to send representatives from IT, operations, revenue optimization, marketing, and finance. We also welcome industry analysts and editors as key contributors to the conference. Integration Partner attendance is limited to paying sponsors.

• How much does it cost to attend?

  Registration for Oracle Hospitality Summit is complementary. Attendees are responsible for their travel and accommodation. There is a block of rooms at the Park Plaza London Riverbank.

• Will there be a chance to network?

  We designed the agenda with networking in mind, offering several opportunities to share ideas and ask questions of Oracle Hospitality executives, our partners, and your peers.

• How do I cancel if I can't attend?

  Follow the cancelation instructions included in the confirmation or reminder emails.

• Will the venue have free Wi-Fi?

  Yes. You’ll receive the password onsite.

Registration

• My registration is still pending. What should I do?

  Our team is reviewing your registration and will confirm your attendance shortly. Please remember that registration is limited to hoteliers, Oracle Hospitality resellers, analysts, editors, paying sponsors, and select Oracle employees.

• Will I receive confirmation of my registration?

  Yes, a confirmation email will be sent shortly after event registration is completed.

• Do I need to bring my registration confirmation to the event?

  The confirmation email is not required for event entrance. You’ll need a government issued photo ID when registering onsite.

• Is there a deadline for registration?

  There’s no deadline for registration, but space is limited. We recommend registering as soon as possible.

• What is the closest airport?

  The venue is 55 minutes from London Gatwick (LGW) and 1 hour away from London Heathrow (LHR). It is half a mile from the Vauxhall Underground Station and 1 mile from the Waterloo Station.

Badges and Event Access

• How do I get my badge and/or event tickets?

  Pick up badges at the Oracle registration desk onsite at the Park Plaza London Riverbank. Registration opens 15:00 on 19 January.

• What if I lose my badge or ticket?

  Visit the Oracle registration desk to obtain a replacement at no cost. Badges may not be shared and must always be worn.

• Are badges required to gain access to sessions and events?

  Yes, badges will be required to gain access to all summit activities, including meals, sessions, and receptions.
