Marc Moubarak

He is author and speaker on industry trends and specific solution areas including Artificial Intelligence, Smart Manufacturing, Service Transformation. Elliott Perkins is Senior Director of Government Affairs at Oracle, where he leads policy and advocacy across a broad portfolio of technology issues in Northern Europe. In this role, he advises senior leadership on regulatory strategy, geopolitical dynamics, and government engagement. He also serves as a Board Member of the UK–Ukraine TechBridge, a joint initiative between the UK Department for Business and Trade and the Government of Ukraine, focused on strengthening bilateral collaboration in the technology sector. Prior to joining Oracle, Elliott was a senior member of the Political and Regulatory team at a global advisory firm, where he advised multinational companies on reputation management, strategic communications, and complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. Earlier in his career, he served as a Political Advisor and held a range of political and parliamentary roles.

Dominic Regan

Kate Shepherd

Kate Shepherd is a strategic design leader and co-founder of The Future Collective, a strategy and design consultancy that helps brands navigate change with clarity and pioneer real-world transformation.

With more than two decades of experience working across retail, consumer culture and business transformation, Kate specialises in helping organisations understand the forces shaping business today - from shifting consumer expectations to the impact of AI on leadership, operations and experience design.

Over the past three years, Kate has worked closely with Henley Business School developing a series of Leadership Futures reports exploring the changing nature of leadership in Industry 5.0. Most recently, she authored 'Redefining Leadership in the Age of AI' examining how business leaders must evolve as AI reshapes decision-making, organisational culture and the future of work.

Kate has also hosted AI-focused masterclasses and executive briefings for global audiences. This included a session shared with more than three million small business owners through Sage Accounting, focusing on how organisations can embrace AI to improve working practices and unlock new opportunities.

She has advised and collaborated with a wide range of global brands including Oracle, adidas, Levi Strauss & Co. and Audi AG, and regularly speaks on leadership, AI, retail and consumer culture.

Neil Sholay

Neil Sholay is Vice President of AI for Oracle EMEA. Responsible for AI strategy, thought leadership and building the data and AI business across EMEA. He leads a team of data scientists, AI value consultants and AI experts committed to helping clients solve some of their most complex business problems using data, cloud and AI technology.

Neil has worked at Oracle since 2008 and in the tech industry for 28 years. He has held executive positions in strategy, corporate & business development, Innovation & business value consulting. Before Oracle, he worked with Sun Microsystems, BEA Systems and ATG.

As GVP for Oracle’s Strategic Initiatives Group, Neil designed, validated and incubated new business ventures for the company - working across the full portfolio of Oracle products, teams, partners and customers to deliver new products, services & business models for our partners and customers.

Neil has over a decade of experience helping clients originate, shape and deliver sustainable transformation programmes, advising clients who have emerging challenges or are in a state of flux to help them identify their unrecognised needs and develop workable strategies & solutions together.

As Vice President Digital Innovation, Neil was responsible for Oracle’s go to market strategy and thought leadership for Innovation in the Digital marketplace. Leading a curious, multidisciplinary team of thinkers, Ideators, strategists, designers, developers, storytellers, rebels and proud geeks, who helped clients reshape their digital experiences and bring new ideas & business models to life, using co-innovation and rapid prototyping. Sholay holds a degree in business management from the London Institute. He is an internationally recognized speaker on technology and innovation, in particular AI, data innovation, and scaling enterprise innovation.

Vikram Singla

He specialises in Supply Chain Management (SCM) Cloud and AI-enabled supply chain transformation, helping organisations improve resilience, operational efficiency, and decision-making capabilities. With more than 30 years of experience in the technology sector, Vikram has led and supported large-scale transformation programmes for Fortune 500 organisations across multiple industries. His expertise spans business transformation, operational excellence, value realisation, and digital supply chain strategy.

Vikram also contributes to the advancement of the supply chain profession through advisory and leadership roles. He serves on the Advisory Board of Cranfield University’s Supply Chain Management Research Centre and previously served on the Board of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT), UK. He holds an MBA from Warwick Business School and a degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi, India.

Jan Thompson

Luis Weir

Chief Architect, PolyAPI

Luis Weir is a technology executive specialising in AI, platforms, and large-scale integration architectures. He currently shapes the architecture vision for PolyAPI, driving its AI powered integration operating system to deliver scalable solutions, strong developer outcomes, and operational excellence. He works closely with customers, actively evangelises the platform across industry forums, and collaborates hands on with engineering teams to bring new capabilities to market. At Oracle Hospitality, Luis was head of Applied AI, and led their integration and data access strategies, driving innovation across the organisation while launching the Oracle Hospitality Integration Platform (OHIP). He was responsible for bringing OHIP to market and scaling it from zero to more than 4 billion transactions per month, now used by thousands of partners and customers globally, establishing it as one of the world’s most widely adopted hospitality integration platforms.Luis has deep expertise in platform development and architecture, with a career spanning engineering, technical leadership, and large-scale cloud solutions implementation. He is a former CTO at Capgemini UK and the author of Enterprise API Management.
