This two-and-a-half day event provides opportunities for retailers to gain insights into Oracle Retail product strategies and advancements, attend demonstrations by Oracle partners, learn how leading retailers tackle their biggest challenges, and network with peers.

Oracle Retail Cross Talk Summit will take place from Tuesday, March 17, to Thursday, March 19, 2026, at the Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk in Chicago, Illinois.

This invitation-only event is for Oracle Retail customers and prospects, primarily C-suite executives and other key decision-makers, as well as industry analysts, editors, and advisory firms. We encourage retailers to send representatives from merchandising, store management, planning, supply chain, finance, and IT.

Registration for Oracle Retail Cross Talk Summit is free. Attendees are responsible for their travel and accommodations. There’s a block of rooms available for attendees at the Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk for $249 a night.

Yes, a confirmation email will be sent shortly after event registration is completed.

The confirmation email isn’t required to attend the event. You’ll need a photo ID when registering onsite.

There is no deadline for registration. Space is limited, so we recommend registering as soon as possible.

Badges and event access

Badges and event tickets may be picked up at the Oracle registration desk at the Sheraton Grand Chicago Riverwalk starting at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, March 17.

Visit the Oracle registration desk to obtain a replacement at no cost. Badges may not be shared and must be worn at all times.

Yes, badges will be required to gain access to all summit activities, including meals, sessions, and receptions.
