Genesis AEC provides architecture, engineering, construction, commissioning, and asset management services to the life sciences industry. With a burgeoning inventory of pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device projects nationwide, Genesis needed to simplify master planning and scheduling with its subcontractors in the same platform at the same time. Implementing Oracle Primavera Cloud solved the company’s core planning, scheduling, and task management issues by consolidating multiple construction management tools into one for less money. Primavera also gave Genesis additional resource, cost loading, and risk-management capabilities.
